Students are required to follow all Arkansas laws and Rules when providing care to a client.

An LLM will be responsible for notifying ADH of any apprentices accepted under their supervision within thirty (30) days of signing, but prior to the apprentice providing any services. The ADH Preceptor-Apprentice Agreement form (found in Appendix A or available on the ADH website) shall be used for this notification.
