Mercy In Action staff in the Philippines invites you to join us in the islands for a 10-day seminar to immerse in best practices in International Midwifery and Disaster Response. In addition to completing Helping Mothers and Babys Survive courses, you will tour Mercy In Action sponsored Model Birth Centers and experience our First 1,000 Days outreach programs. You will spend time on three islands seeing the Mercy In Action model up close and earn certificates from the Helping Mothers Survive Bleeding After Birth and Helping Babies Breathe modules in our Train the Trainer format. The hotels you will stay in are located on the ocean for refreshing beach time between learning sessions.
