Student Permit Requirement?

Yes, apprentice permit required. Must obtain permit to apprentice under a LA midwife. An apprentice must meet the following criteria: Must be graduated from high school, 21 years of age, have CPR certification, citizenship in the US or visa, and complete a certification signed by the Dean of the school the student is attending for Midwifery degree.
