Yes, OR for licensure as a midwife provide proof of 5 years experience as a midwife, and proof of completion of Board approved courses in the following: Treatment of respiratory distress in newborns, Pharmacology, treatment of shock, IV therapy, and suturing, specifically for midwives. For students, you may be enrolled in a non-MEAC approved school, but you may not be eligible for Wyoming Midwifery Licensure at the end of your training.
